Kevin Barry Gallery Grand Opening

On June 30, 2005 The Kevin Barry Gallery opened it's doors in Staten Island. George Roos, the President of the CREATIVE PHOTOGRAPHY GUILD exhibited his collection of Street Scenes from New York City in the 1960's and 1970's. The event was a great sucess and led the way for many other photographers from the Guild to have work displayed there.

CPG receives First Grant
At the monthly meeting President George Roos (3.15.06) reveals the
display panels that we brought with the COAHSI grant we received in January. They will be put to use at the EGER Health Care and Rehabilitation Center in Egbertville, Staten island.

We are all excited, The CREATIVE PHOTOGRAPHERS GUILD GALLERY is finally here! Nested right outside of SNUG HARBOR CULTURAL CENTER in the North Shore of Staten Island USA- The realization of a dream come true for George Roos ( the President and founder ) and his faithful merry band of photographic followers who are homeless no more... Many traveled far and wide, the famous and the regular folk all came to see the newest addition to the ever growing art scene here by the waterfront. And this is just the begining, A NEW BEGINING!
